Did you know that our Club's Patron is HRH Prince Alexander?

Royal Kendo Club was founded on May 16, 2002, with the idea of cultivating body and mind trough the art of kendo.
At that time, due to increase in the number of members, Serbian Kendo Federation’s leadership decided to reorganize kendo in Serbia.
Nebojsa Zrnovic established the first kendo club in reorganized Federation and with the help of Mr. Dragomir Acovic-Member of the Privy Council, made contact with the Serbian Royal Family. With their approval the newly established club gets the adjective "Royal". His Royal Highness Prince Alexander is appointed as the patron of the club.
From year 2002 untill today Royal Kendo Club became one of the biggest clubs in Balkan.
Furthermore, members of our club are successful competitors and also members of national team that represents Serbia at European and World Kendo Championships.
